Assign account type

This work order is generated if KYDSO has not found a suitable internal employee for the Unmanaged Account created after the account import.

You must assign the specific account type yourself in these cases.

Edit the work orders individually or perform an action for several work orders at the same time to perform the assignment.

The following actions are available for this work order:

Assign (Internal account)

The work order is closed and a new task Assign internal account is created for the Unmanaged Account. To complete this work order, you need to know which internal employee the account belongs to.

Assign (External account)

The work order is closed and a new work order Assign external account is created for the Unmanaged Account. To complete this work order, you need to know which internal employee is responsible for the external employee to whom the account belongs.

Assign (Privileged account)

The work order is closed and a new work order Assign privileged account is created for the Unmanaged Account. To complete this work order, you need to know which account type it is and which employee the account belongs to.

Assign (Technical account)

The work order is closed and the Unmanaged Account is switched to the account type Technical Account.

Defer

The status of the work order is set to Deferred.

Discard account and delete in Active Directory

The work order is closed and the account is deleted from the Active Directory after a retention period has expired.
