Setting up the reconciliation of Active Directory accounts
As part of the setup of KYDSO, the reconciliation of the accounts with the Active Directory of the customer system is set up.
Account reconciliation exports the existing accounts in a defined data structure from Active Directory and imports them into KYDSO.
You have the option of configuring certain settings for account reconciliation: Configuring the account reconciliation
If an account is imported during account reconciliation that does not yet exist in KYDSO, it is created as an Unmanaged Account in KYDSO. The system checks whether the defined mandatory attributes are present. If not, a work order is created with which you can add the missing account data: Complete account data
