Determining the basic equipment

You can define which third-party system accounts are part of the basic equipment and are automatically ordered when an employee joins the company.

This is defined in the settings for internal persons or settings for external persons.

This is how you define the basic equipment for new employees:
  1. Click on the Change basic equipment action in the Change menu.

    If this is not displayed in the menu, click on Other changes and select the action there.

    The asset list opens. For performance reasons, this is empty the first time it is opened after starting KYDSO.

  2. Click on Search assets.

  3. Click on Details at the desired settings.

    The current settings are displayed in the Information section.

  4. Click on Change basic equipment.

    The wizard for the selected action starts and guides you through the process.

Once you have triggered the change, the selected third-party system accounts are automatically ordered when an internal or external employee joins the company.
