What can you use KYDSO for?

You can manage your company's Active Directory accounts in KYDSO.

  • KYDSO takes care of the most common tasks for you:

    • KYDSO automatically creates the corresponding Active Directory account for all new employees.

    • For all employees who have left the company, the corresponding Active Directory accounts are first automatically deactivated and then permanently deleted from the Active Directory after a defined retention period.

    • When changes are made to the personal data of internal employees, KYDSO automatically updates the data in the corresponding Active Directory accounts.

  • You can define privileged accounts in KYDSO and order dedicated accounts for individual employees.

You can manage third-party system accounts in KYDSO.

  • You can define user accounts in external systems (e.g. SAP account) that you want to manage in KYDSO.

  • You can order the third-party system account for employees in KYDSO, which is then created in the assets of the corresponding employee.

  • You can define which third-party system accounts are part of the basic equipment and are automatically ordered when an employee joins the company.

  • You can terminate a third-party system account that is no longer required, which will then automatically go through a deactivation process.

  • You can create external employees in KYDSO.

You can manage Active Directory groups and their members in KYDSO.

  • You can transfer existing AD groups to KYDSO.

  • You can define new AD groups in KYDSO.

  • You can define which AD groups new employees automatically become members of.
