Providing the data for the person import
Create the file PersonImport.csv in the required data structure with the following field options:
Character set: Unicode (UTF-8)
Field separator: semicolon (;)
Text delimiter: quotation marks (")
Place the file in the directory that was defined for the person import.
The import of the persons is then carried out automatically by a time-controlled workflow.

Import of the Office E-mail
When generating assignment proposals, the Office E-mail stored at the imported Active Directory account and the available internal employees are compared, among other things.
You should therefore also provide this information - if available - in the person import and in the Active Directory accounts in order to receive as many assignment proposals as possible.
