Activate account in AD

You can reactivate an account if it has been manually deactivated or not activated during import.

Notice

Accounts that have been automatically deactivated by KYDSO, e.g. because the employee has left the company, cannot be activated manually.

  1. In the Change menu, click on the Activate account in AD action.

    The asset list opens. For performance reasons, this is empty the first time it is opened after starting KYDSO.

  2. Search for the desired account.

  3. Click on Activate account in AD for the desired account.

    A page opens with an overview of the order.

Once you have triggered the change, the account is activated in the Active Directory.
