Terminating an employee's third-party system account
You can terminate a third-party system account that is no longer required.
For all employees who have left the company, the associated third-party system accounts are automatically terminated.
Click on the Terminate menu.
action in theThe asset list opens. For performance reasons, this is empty the first time it is opened after starting KYDSO.
Search for the desired account.
To do this, enter the relevant user account in the Name field, for example.
Click
on the desired account.A page opens with an overview of the order.
Check the order and trigger the termination.
A work order is then generated to remove the user account from the third-party system.
Once the work order has been completed, the third-party system account is deactivated in the affected employee's assets and the order is closed.
