Error handling

Did you receive an error message when working with KYDSO? Here we explain the cause and what you can do.

Provision work orders

The following errors may occur when editing the work orders for the Unmanaged Accounts:

Cause / Recommended procedure

The entry The entered value is not valid is displayed in the Assigned person selection list.

This entry is an assignment proposal that is no longer valid. The reason for this is that the proposed person has since been assigned to another account. Manually select the person to whom the account belongs from the list.

When confirming an internal account, the message The action could not be triggered - The task data has changed in the meantime is displayed at the bottom of the page.

When the assignment was confirmed, the selection list for Assigned person still contained a person who has since been assigned to another account. Refresh the task list and edit the task again.

The person to whom the account belongs is not displayed in the Assigned person selection list.

The person has either not yet been created in the system or an account has already been assigned to them.

  1. Check whether the person has been created as an internal employee in the system. If not, check the content of the person import.

  2. Check whether an account has already been assigned to the person. If this is the case, check whether the wrong account has been assigned and correct the person assigned to the account if necessary.
