Ordering third-party system accounts for employees
You can order a defined third-party system account for employees in KYDSO.
Third-party system account types, which are part of the basic equipment, are automatically ordered when an employee joins the company.
In the
menu, select whether you need the user account in the third-party system for yourself or for another person.The wizard for the selected action starts and guides you through the process.
Framework data
If necessary, select the persons for whom the user account is to be created in the Service recipient field.
The Costcenter and Location fields are pre-filled with the values that are stored for the person.
Article selection
Use search terms to find the article you are looking for (e.g. SAP account) and select it.
Several third-party system accounts can be ordered simultaneously for one person, provided they can be selected.
If additional data is required, this will be requested.
In the last step, check your entries again and trigger the order.
A work order is then generated to create the account in the third-party system.
Once the work order has been completed, the third-party system account is created in the employee's assets and the order is closed.
