Correct assigned personInternal Account)

Use this correction for cases in which the wrong internal employee was selected when assigning the account type Internal Account.

To correct an incorrectly assigned person:
  1. In the Change menu, select the Correct assigned person action.

    If this is not displayed in the menu, click on Other changes and select the action there.

  2. Search for the desired account.

  3. Click on Correct assigned person in the desired account.

    • The wizard for the selected action starts and guides you through the process.

    Notice

    Alternatively, you can click on Details to display the account information first.

After you have triggered the change, the newly selected person is assigned to the account.
